The 29th Opto-Electronics and Communications Conference 2024 (OECC2024) will be taking place 30 June – 4 July 2024 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in Melbourne, Australia.

How to Register

Registration for OECC 2024 is now open. Please read the registration information carefully before beginning the on-line registration.

Registration can be submitted by completing the on-line form. Both virtual and in person registrations are available via the on-line registration form.

Registration Fees

All fees are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Early Bird Fees

In order to receive the early bird registration fee, registrants must register and pay in full by 16 April 2024. If payment is not received by this date, then registrations will be automatically transferred to the Standard Registration fee.

Member Registration

To be eligible for Member Registration rates, registrants must be a member of IEEE and be able to provide proof if requested.

Student Registration

To be eligible for Student Registration rates, registrants must be enrolled students undertaking full-time study, and be able to provide evidence of their status if requested to do so.
